At MOZA Racing EU, we strive to ensure every racer is satisfied with their gear by offering a 14-day return window for items in original condition. Whether you need a replacement or a refund, our streamlined process ensures you get back to the track as quickly as possible.

Return Process

  Submit a Request

  Contact our support team within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return.

• 2.
  Receive Authorization

  Once your request is reviewed, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the specific EU warehouse address for your shipment.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your MOZA gear in its original packaging, including all cables and accessories, and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  After our technicians verify the hardware's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
